Thermoid Aeroduct® SCAT-24 is a lightweight, highly flexible, single-ply silicone-coated ducting supplied as one full-length 3.35 m piece. It has a nominal inside diameter of 152 mm.

The red SCAT construction uses woven fibreglass fabric impregnated with silicone rubber, supported by a copper-coated or bronze-plated spring-steel wire helix and external silicone-coated fibreglass cord. It is intended for conducting extremely cold or hot air.
