The Knots 2U K21947-00 is a hand-laid fibreglass cowl scoop for specified Piper PA-24 Comanche aircraft. It is designed as a replacement for selected original Piper cowl scoop part numbers.

  • Manufacturer part number: K21947-00
  • Replaces Piper part numbers: 21947-00, 21947-03 and 23134-00
  • Approval basis: FAA-PMA; refer to the applicable FAA PMA documentation and approved eligibility before installation.

Published aircraft eligibility:

  • Piper PA-24-180 and PA-24-250, serial numbers 24-1477 through 24-2843
  • Piper PA-24-250, serial numbers 24-103 through 24-1476, when carburettor air filter kit 754 285 is installed
  • Piper PA-24-180, serial numbers 24-2844 through 24-3163
  • Piper PA-24-250, serial number 24-2844 and subsequent
