The 4200-562 spherical metal grommet is a 4200-series firewall fitting with a 0.562 in (14.3 mm) ball hole. It uses a 1 in (25.4 mm) steel ball retained by a 4130 steel pressure plate, providing a swivelling pass-through arrangement for installation in steel or stainless-steel firewalls.

  • Manufacturer part number: 4200-562
  • Ball-hole diameter: 0.562 in (14.3 mm)
  • Swivel angle: up to 50° from straight
  • For steel or stainless-steel firewalls up to 0.040 in (approximately 1.0 mm) thick
  • Through-body maximum clearance: 0.925 in (approximately 23.5 mm)
  • Retained with all-steel locking nuts; components are stated as plated
