McFarlane Aviation FS-KT-5 is a fuel strainer assembly kit supplied with a strainer drain cable. It is intended for overhaul or replacement work on eligible Cessna fuel-strainer (gascolator) installations.

The manufacturer identifies FS-KT-5 as a kit with approved contents. Confirm aircraft model, serial-number eligibility, applicable approval basis and current maintenance data before installation.

Kit contents include:

  • MCS1517-7 strainer drain cable
  • MC0756005-2 top assembly
  • 0756009-1 filter
  • MC0756011-1 standpipe
  • MC0756008-1 fuel bowl
  • MC0756010-11 plunger
  • Associated O-rings, gaskets and hardware
