Parker SUPER-FLEX® FL Series 397 barrier fuel line hose, manufacturer part number 39706. This 3/8 in (9.5 mm) ID hose is designed for low-pressure refined-fuel line and vapour-emission service.

The hose features a black nitrile tube with a thermoplastic permeation barrier, textile reinforcement and a smooth black CPE cover. Parker describes the cover as resistant to abrasion, oil and weathering, while the flexible construction supports routing in compact engine areas.

Overview

Parker's fuel line hose includes a thermoplastic barrier that helps protect the atmosphere from harmful hydrocarbons that escape through the carcass of ordinary fuel hose. This hose surpasses all of CARB's stringent permeation requirements and is similar to SAE30R7 specifications. The Super-Flex FL hose also features an abrasion and weather resistant cover to help protect from external application abuse.

Approved for biodiesel fuels that meet ASTM D 6751 requirements per UL guidelines for Biodiesel compatibility.
