The PA23-114FS Front FS Kit is a fixed-strap front-seat shoulder harness installation kit for Piper PA23 aircraft. Supplied under STC SA02498CH, it provides a 3-point diagonal restraint arrangement for the pilot and co-pilot front seats.

Manufacturer part numbers: BSTC-3P-FS, BSTC-3P-FS-FRONT-PIP23, and PA23-114FS.
