McFarlane seat rails are engineered with corrosion- and wear-resistant anodising and increased material in critical areas to support strength and durability. The rail base is supplied without pre-drilled rivet holes, allowing attachment-hole locations to be matched to the aircraft floor pattern; some existing production stock may have limited pilot attachment holes. Special-sized or machined attachment holes are finished at the factory.
