The EC-16 static-dissipative cap plug is intended to provide physical and electrostatic-discharge protection for electrical and electronic connectors during handling, storage, or maintenance activities.

Suitable for common threaded connector sizes and may also be used to protect non-threaded bayonet-type connectors, where the fit is appropriate.
