Metalset A4 is an aluminium-filled epoxy adhesive supplied under manufacturer part number METALSET A4 11OZ. It is intended for general-purpose bonding, filling and repair tasks where a metal-filled epoxy compound is required.

  • Adheres to porous and non-porous surfaces.
  • Suitable for bonding similar and dissimilar materials, filling metal joints and surface imperfections, and anchoring bolts in suitable substrates.
  • Can be applied to vertical surfaces with reduced tendency to sag.
  • Cures with negligible shrinkage; referenced product information states an approximately 16-hour cure time.
  • Once cured, it can be sanded, drilled and tapped.
  • Offers resistance to alkalis, dilute acids and solvents.
