System Three T-88 is a two-part, high-performance structural epoxy adhesive supplied in a 1 pint kit. Its non-brittle, solvent-free formulation is designed to cure without shrinkage in normally fitted joints.

T-88 provides a practical bonding adhesive for wood, metal and composite materials, with a straightforward 1:1 mix ratio by volume. The manufacturer states a working time of approximately 45 minutes at 21°C and a minimum application temperature of 2°C.

Overview

Note: Two part system, quantities will be combined amount of part A and part B. For example, for the gallon size, part A will be 1/2 gallon and part B will be 1/2 gallon totaling 1 gallon.

T-88 is a non-brittle structural adhesive which gives superior finished results even when used under adverse working conditions. T-88 will cure in temperatures as low as 35°F which makes it an excellent choice for homebuilders living in colder climates. It is recommended by the builders of many types of homebuilt aircraft and is excellent for bonding aluminum, steel or wood. When fully cured, it is not affected by water, oil, gasoline and most other chemicals.
