Shrink Tape #9010 is an oriented polyester film designed to shrink as a composite laminate approaches its cure temperature, helping maintain applied pressure during cure.

It is suited to composite lay-up work where the shape of the assembly can make conventional vacuum bagging more labour-intensive. When resin release during cure is required, the tape may be perforated after wrapping to help reduce resin content and allow air and volatiles to escape.
