LAST-A-FOAM® 4.5 Lb is a rigid polyether polyurethane foam sheet with a fine closed-cell structure and a light cream-yellow colour. It is intended for composite fabrication and sandwich-core work where a lightweight, shapeable core material is required.

This sheet is supplied in a nominal 1/4 x 24 x 48 in format, approximately 6 x 610 x 1,220 mm.

  • Rigid polyether polyurethane foam
  • Fine closed-cell structure
  • 4.5 lb/ft³ grade designation
  • Can be cut and shaped using common woodworking tools
  • Suitable for bonding to itself and other materials with epoxy, polyester or urethane-type adhesives
