Divinycell H45 is a closed-cell PVC foam core supplied as a 76 × 610 × 1,219 mm sheet. It is intended for use as a lightweight core material in composite sandwich construction.

The H45 grade provides low water absorption, good chemical resistance, low resin uptake, and good thermal and acoustic insulation characteristics. DIAB also describes the material as easy to process and offering good damage tolerance.
