Urethane foam sheet supplied in a nominal 50.8 × 610 × 1,219 mm format. This tan foam is intended for hand-shaped patterns, fairings and other curved composite forms where an easily contoured material is required.

  • Can be shaped with a large knife and sanded to final form.
  • Suitable for producing curved forms such as fuselage and wing-tip shapes.
  • Fuel-resistant material; stated as suitable for fuel-cell use.
  • Compatible with most adhesives.
  • Nominal density: approximately 32 kg/m³.
  • Do not hot-wire polyurethane foam.
