Urethane foam sheet supplied in a nominal 1/2 in × 48 in × 48 in format (approximately 13 mm × 1.22 m × 1.22 m). This tan foam is intended for shaping and contouring of curved forms, including composite work such as fuselage and wing-tip shapes.

  • Easily contoured with a large knife and sanded to final shape.
  • Fuel-resistant material that may be used for fuel-cell work.
  • Compatible with most adhesives.
  • Nominal density: 2 lb/ft³ (approximately 32 kg/m³).
  • Tan colour.
  • Do not use hot-wire cutting on polyurethane foam.
