Styrofoam Small Cell is a low-density, closed-cell foam sheet supplied in a nominal 51 × 610 × 1,219 mm format.

The tight cell structure is designed to minimise voids and provide strong resistance to water penetration. The material has resistance to bases, salts, alcohols and most acids, but is not resistant to petroleum-based solvents.

  • Low-density, tight closed-cell foam structure
  • Suitable for smooth hot-wire cutting, including airfoil-shaped forms

Important: This material is not for structural use in aircraft construction, including applications such as VariEze, Long-EZ and Cozy aircraft. Confirm suitability for the intended non-structural application before use.
