Pre-sewn P99 heavy-weight fabric envelope for the aileron surface of a Pitts S2S/S2A aircraft.

The envelope is sewn to suit the individual control-surface pattern and is intended to be fitted over the surface in a sock-style installation. Fabric tapes are required over the seams during the covering process.
