The McFarlane Aviation MCT100D144 is a dual, panel-mount throttle control designed for dual-carburettor Rotax 912/914 series engines. Its integrated split arrangement is intended to provide a clean installation without a separate splitter box.

  • Manufacturer part number: MCT100D144
  • 3.7 m (12 ft) control length, measured from the panel fitting to the end of the conduit
  • Standard barrel-shaped control knob
  • Dual conduits with threaded terminals for routing and adjustment
  • All-metal construction with high-temperature PTFE-lined conduit
  • Friction lock for controlled throttle positioning
  • Heavy-duty stainless-steel inner wires; wires extend approximately 150 mm beyond the conduit and may be trimmed during installation
  • Maximum control travel: approximately 95 mm
  • Designed for pull loads only; maximum design pull load: 4.5 kg
  • Operating temperature: approximately -54 °C to +232 °C

McFarlane states that this control includes throttle hardware kit P/N 6408 and lightweight throttle return springs P/N 7140 to help prevent throttle creep.
