The DB Assembly R-14/28-25P is a portable auxiliary power supply for operating aircraft avionics and electrical equipment during ground maintenance and servicing. This configuration is supplied with a Cessna/Universal 3-pin connection and a Piper coaxial connector.

Part number R-14/28-25P provides selectable 14 V or 28 V DC output at up to 25 A. The filtered, regulated DC output is intended to minimise hum and maintain output stability against AC input-line changes.
