The Cleveland Wheels & Brakes 40-40A is a main wheel assembly for aircraft landing-gear installations. It uses a tube-type 6.50-10 rim configuration with an external wheel interface and white finish.

Designed as a divided wheel assembly, the wheel incorporates inner and outer wheel halves fastened together with tie bolts. Cleveland specifies tapered roller bearings and moulded grease seals as wheel-assembly features.
