The Cleveland Wheels & Brakes 60-10 is a parking brake valve assembly for aircraft hydraulic brake systems. It is designed to retain brake pressure when the valve is in the closed (locked) position, helping keep the aircraft stationary while parked.

Parking brake valves are installed in the brake lines between the master cylinders and the brakes and are mechanically actuated from the cockpit by a control arm connected through a rod or cable.
