The Tensitron ACM-100 is a mechanical aircraft cable tension meter for checking static cable tension. Its analogue design operates without batteries or external power, while built-in cable selection and an attached calibration chart support efficient use during inspection and maintenance work.

  • Measuring range: 3–45 kg
  • Accuracy: ±4% of full scale
  • Compatible cable selections: 1/16, 3/32, 1/8 and 5/32 in
  • Calibrated for uncoated stainless-steel 7x19 cable, except 1/16 in cable, which is 7x7
  • Analogue display with Memory Lock Pointer for retaining readings taken in restricted-access areas
  • Compact, one-handed mechanical operation with no batteries required
  • NIST-traceable calibration certificate included by the manufacturer
